The LWIN shop (my Illistim shop) is not found, is the bot having a problem in that town?

I just did a random check for a few more Illistim shops, seems like the whole town is being bypassed.

It looks like the last person who updated Kharam Dzu and Illistim uploaded a blank file.

Looks like the bot might be having trouble in Four Winds as well,... my shop hasn't updated in over a week. Lich Room ID: 12268, Fengers shop. Might ya look into it please?
