Add a Recipe

HEY PEOPLE! - Some people mess up adding a potion, so I added more detailed instructions below. It isn't that hard, please read them and follow along and you'll be adding things correctly in no time.

This form can accept recipes with up to 10 steps, with each step being either boiling, simmering, or adding an ingredient. You do not have to include your character name, put in Anonymous if you wish. When adding recipe names & ingredient names please do not include articles. Enter "tincture of acantha" and not "a tincture of acantha" / enter "ambrominas leaf" instead of "some ambrominas leaf", get it?

Character Name:
Recipe Result:	(ie "tincture of acantha") Don't include what it does (except spell# at the beginning such as "(701) bloodwood wand"), leave that for the comments
Rank/Level:	(the rank you were when taught this by the guildmasters, if known, try checking the old recipes on this site)
Discipline Type:
Profession:	(doesn't mean only this profession can use it, but what profession were you when you learned it?)

INSTRUCTIONS. Okay, each step has 3 boxes for options.

Box 1 is a drop down list that currently says "Nothing". Change this to what the step is. Boil, simmer, add ingredient etc. Only leave this at nothing if your recipe is finished and you've not used all 10 steps.

Box 2 is where you add in any specifics about the step. If you're boiling, infusing, simmering, channeling, you leave this blank. If you're adding an ingredient or chanting a spell, or refracting light type in the ingredient name, spell name, or lens type..

Box 3 is the quantity box. You'll leave this at x1 for almost all steps. Only when you're adding multiple of the same ingredient in a row (add ayana leaf times three) then you'd change this.

An example if you were doing tincture of acantha you would enter it as so:

Step 1:

Box 1: Change from "Nothing" to "Add Ingredient"

Box 2: Type in "water"

Box 3: leave as "1"

Step 2:

Box 1: Change from "Nothing" to "Add Ingredient"

Box 2: Type in "acantha leaf"

Box 3: leave as "1"

Step 3:

Box 1: Change from "Nothing" to "Boil"

Box 2: Leave Blank

Box 3: leave as "1"

Step 4:

Box 1: Change from "Nothing" to "Seal"

Box 2: Leave Blank

Box 3: leave as "1"

Steps 5-10:

Box 1: Leave as "Nothing"

Box 2: Leave blank

Box 3: leave as "1"
