  4. ingredient powdered charcoal (x2)
  5. boil (x1)
  6. ingredient essence of water (x1)
  7. seal (x1)

Looks like it takes down the difficulty of a lock by -10 for each pour, although the effect only lasts for 5 (10?) minutes. Each item comes with 3 pours.

Has a non-wizard alchemist attempted this recipe? Tried following it with my witch and failed twice. May be that it's wizard-only. Isn't that lovely
