Lzama asks, \"Why don\'t I teach you how to make a minor stamina regeneration crystal, hmm?\" She takes you aside and instructs you on the proper method of making a minor stamina regeneration crystal. The recipe given is as follows: add crystalline solution, add 3 doses of ground ironfern root, add 3 doses of powdered polished red coral, chant the Adrenal Surge spell, add faintly glowing dust, boil, add glowing mineral water and simmer.

Creates a dull brown crystal disk. Still works for reps at 24 trinkets, will probably work to 30-31. The iron cauldron is currently lit. So far, you've added crystalline solution, 3 doses of ground ironfern root, and 3 doses of powdered polished red coral, chanted Adrenal Surge, added faintly glowing dust, boiled it, added glowing mineral water, and simmered it. > You reach into the cauldron and take out a dull brown crystal disk. [You have 3 repetitions remaining.]

Following the pattern of the others, this should be +10 to stamina recovery and requires level 20 or above to use.

Gives reps through rank 32. Does not give reps at 33.
